How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. For handcrafted or custom-made pieces, please allow an additional 7-10 days for production before shipment.

Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?

Yes, every Alder piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and personalization.

How do I find my correct ring size?

We provide a comprehensive Size Guide on our website. Alternatively, you can request a complimentary physical ring sizer to be mailed to your home before placing an order.

Can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
